And that’s where you come in. We are hiring a Business Analyst. Reporting to the product manager, you will help gather requirements and create & maintain documentation supporting the product manager and the wider business.




What's Involved?

  • Working with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to create and maintain business documentation including high-level design docs, process flows, business requirements etc.
  • Supporting the design, test and implementation of new processes and systems requirements
  • Defining and creating business and technical user stories to enable engagement with engineers and development teams
  • Providing ongoing support throughout the build process
  • Working with the development team to elaborate stories, answer questions/ provide relevant information and generally transfer knowledge for what needs to be delivered
  • Contributing to, and helping to foster, disciplined Agile working practices, assisting in daily tasks and participating in or leading ceremonies.
  • You’ll work at pace, translating user needs into compelling stories, facilitating workshops and sessions to get to the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ and operating as the go-to expert for the team’s questions.

Requirements

  • You’ll come from an agile background with a strong understanding of product management & development. 
  • You’ll ideally have experience working in a modern tech business and a track record of releasing customer value regularly. 
  • You’ll have a data-driven mentality, with a clear understanding of how to tell stories with data to bring customer and business problems to life for the team 
  • Be able to use your initiative and tackle complex challenges. 
  • Be able to adapt and deliver under pressure will be useful. 
  • Excellent communication skills are key. 
  • Any experience working with Experience and Service Design would also be a bonus.
