Customer Success Manager


The Job

If you thrive on working with people, building relationships and getting things done and have 1-3 years solid Account Management experience– this may well be the role for you. You would be a vital member of the Customer Success team, working in partnership with team members to ensure that everything is spot on and delivered on time! Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to drive revenue. Therefore, being a pro-active organised team player is absolutely crucial – as you will be working across multiple big-name global client accounts and internal teams.

What's Involved?

  • Work directly with the Customer Success (CS) team and clients to build out fantastic relationships and implement great looking strategic campaigns
  • Coordinate with Senior Customer Success Managers to create customised growth plans for key clients, via Sales Force
  • Responsibility of your own accounts from onboarding through to daily management with quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Be able to identify potential growth opportunities – whether that be up-sells or account development opportunities
  • Work with the product, production and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of client work
  • Innovating and developing new ideas to impress and excite clients with progressive, lateral thinking
  • Produce account collateral, including presentations and reporting
  • Interpret analytics data to make key recommendations to improve client performance
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to onboard and manage new clients
  • Ensure you are keeping yourself abreast of the latest developments not only within the Martech world, but the clients sector and FMCG, to ensure you can make well educated recommendations to your clients


  • 1-3 years Account Management experience
  • Foundational knowledge of the  digital marketing industry
  • An understanding of the agency/digital/IT/martech commercial environment
  • Be a proactive self-starter who is motivated to seek answers, generate ideas and develop new skills within the Digital world
  • A problem solver, always wanting to do things more effectively and efficiently 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Cross-functional capabilities – ability to work with all teams: Sales, Customer Success, marketing, product and development
  • Energy and motivation to enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • An outstanding can-do attitude
  • Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Keen to learn, eager to soak up all training offered to you within our business

What would sweeten the deal?

  • Degree in Marketing (or similar within Digital)
  • Experience working with or at a media agency or similar role
  • An ability to work to deadlines and KPI’s
  • Experience with CPG clients
  • Proficiency in Analytics and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of project management and systems including JIRA
