A well-known healthcare brand were looking for a way to turn their newly launched series of influencer content, into a shoppable path to purchase. Through sponsored social media and podcast advertising, the campaign objective was to educate the influencer’s follower base on the health benefits of the brand’s SKU portfolio.

Through a shared commitment to innovation, shoppable voice technology was activated across the range of sponsored content using Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant. The voice-activated journeys were combined with shoppable social media landing pages, to create the optimal shopper experience and measure customer behaviour.
Over the course of the campaign we saw a 30% conversion rate from shoppable voice technology, a number we expect to rise as more people activate voice inside their homes: 20% of those who own voice technology use it for shopping-related activity. Over half of in-store purchases begin online.
